Our old property slowed progress for the installation. Lots of problem solving required by the team, thankfully they had the skills to manage this. The team worked on a Saturday to get it completed. Happy so far with the install and our warm cosy house! My only feedback in regards to a lower star rating for customer care, would be that I had over 5 different people corresponding via email and made this confusing especially when industry jargon needs clarification. I had to request a further visit as I hadn’t received a plan for the type and locations for the radiators. However, all correspondence replies were timely and courteous.

Kenny and Steven were absolutely fantastic from 1st time meeting to getting my air source heat pump installed. Phone calls to keep me updated with what was happening customer service was outstanding. . The guys arrived on time and done a superb job. Were extremely accommodating when positioning new radiators and pipework ensuring minimal disruption to my home Alan and Kyle worked tirelessly through to late evening making sure I had a new boiler and radiators working within a couple of days, what an effort. Thank you so much.

Installation workmen no problems. My only concern was that when quoting and assessing the house we were told that the equipment that would be installed would be a lot less than what actually got installed. While we found room for it etc, in a different house this could have caused real problems. Also, the pipes that were installed under the floor boards were not lagged. So far the air source heating has worked well.

From the Tech (Chris,Kenny&Gemma), to the the work team(John,Willie,Colin and Conrad)- I could not fault Optama Ltd. Supportive, professional and hard working.Everything was explained,questions answered ,neat workmanship they left everything as they found it. I feel that if I have to contact them in the future for advice it won’t be an issue.They left contacts and responded promptly when I used them. It’s quite a step moving on to a new system like this and I needed a company who could walk me through it step by step. They were in and out in 3 days. They helped set up the programming. They did everything they said they would do within the timespan they said they would. After support is really important as I’m sure when winter comes I will be asking more questions! I highly recommend Optama Ltd and would encourage my family and friends to use them if installing a hybrid heat pump. Efficiency from Charles and good service Robert (Daikinpump). Happy with the whole process.

Great company to do business with with friendly knowledgeable tradesmen. Installation manager Kenny Henderson took charge of a manufacturing fault in the boiler, even though he was on annual leave and the issue was fixed quickly. I have great confidence in this company based on their excellent customer service, which is a rare commodity nowadays
